This was birth out of a passion for beauty and makeup, to bring inclusiveness and innovative ideas that could create a quality premium makeup brand that is easily accessible to people in their everyday lives at a reasonable cost! What inspired the idea of your brand? We are inspired by the shades of beauty from around the world for rich and vibrant quality products. What motivates you and what are the principles that guide your business? Our approach to beauty is limitless, guided by quality and integrity with no rules of beauty expression. We are motivated by beautiful women around the world with different skin tones and undertones. Our principle is embracing equality and believing that everyone should have the opportunity to create magic with makeup and be free to express themselves without walls. What has been your greatest entrepreneurial success? Having happy customers using our products (both new & returning) and All Flourish brand presence in a big high street store. What is your favorite aspect of being a female entrepreneur? The CAN DO attitude and resilience. What is the most challenging part of being a female entrepreneur? Bearing the risks and dealing with ups and downs waves/seasons in business How your work is changing lives? Our brand is enhancing the beautiful women across the world and embraces equality. We sell a variety of makeup products that range from Lipsticks, foundation, eyeshadow pallets, lipglosses, primers, eyebrow pencils, and eyelashes just to name a few. Yes I work as a Pharmaceutical Specialist Community Commitment Passionately gives back to widows, less privileged and food banks, etc Would you love to share a typical day in your life as a business/career woman with us? A typical day might include sales calls, meetings, client lunches, marketing/ ads, negotiating with manufacturers, business deal proposals, administration, and dozens of other things that advance the progress of the business. What one piece of advice would you give to other aspiring women looking up to you?
